Frequently Asked Questions

Parts:

Q: Do You Sell Parts?

A- Yes, we do! We have a large showroom with many parts available for purchase.

Q: Can You Tell What Size My Axle Is by My Trailer Size and Brand?

A- To ensure we have the correct size axle, we need measurements. Give us a call and we can direct you to properly measure the axle or bring it by and a sales rep would be happy to assist you in measuring.

Q: Can You Tell What Size My Bearings Are if I Tell You My Trailer Size and Brand?

A- No, unfortunately we cannot. The easiest way for us to ensure we get you the correct size is for you to bring your old bearings so we can match them.

Q: How Do I Know What Size Tire I Need?

A- Each tire has a size listed on the side wall of the tire. On all tires (not including small boat trailer tires) the size of the tire would be in the following pattern: 205/75 R15.

This tire is normally a 5-lug tire. With the 5 lug tires and rims, we also need to know the bolt pattern, which you would get by measuring the center of the first lug to the center of the third lug.

For all tires 6 lug and above, please specify what ply you are looking for. Our standard for 8 lug tires is 10 ply.

Service:

Q: Do I Have to Have an Appointment for Service?

A- Service Appointments are highly recommended for all repair jobs. We welcome all walk-ins. Repairs are completed in the order they are received.

Q: Do You Charge for Estimates on Repairs?

A- All estimates or diagnoses will be charged a $100 diagnostic fee due at the time of service. This payment will be applied to your service work if you decide to have us complete the repairs.

Q: Can I Meet Someone After Hours to Pick Up My Trailer?

A- Yes, we can arrange After Hours pick-ups. All After Hours pick-ups will have to be scheduled by no later than 2 pm the day of pick-up (Monday- Friday). Saturday After Hours pick-ups must be scheduled no later than 2 pm on the Friday before.

Q: How Do I Know if My Repair Will Be Covered by Warranty?

A- The easiest way to determine this is to call the manufacturer's warranty department with your VIN. They will direct you to the nearest repair shop they are partnered with. If you choose to have your repairs done at our facility, contact us to get scheduled after contacting the manufacturer as most warranties require prior approval.

Q: Do You Accept Returns?

A- Most of our parts are eligible for return. All custom-ordered part sales or electrical parts/components are final and are nonrefundable. Any returned parts will be assessed a 40% restocking fee. If you paid for your purchase with a card, the amount of the return will go back on your card minus the processing fee.

Trailer Sales:

Q: Do You Sell Boat Trailers?

A- We do! Give us a call or submit a Contact Us form with the year, make, and model of your boat and what size trailer you are looking to get and we will be happy to assist you!

Q: How Do I Know if a Trailer Is Still Available?

A- We update the website daily. If you have any questions about our stock, please feel free to contact us!

Q: Do You Take Trades?

A- Yes, we do take trades. We must see the trailer to give you a Trade-In Value. A clean (free of all liens) and signed title is due at the time of trade.

Q: What Do I Need to Purchase a Trailer?

A- We require a valid Photo ID for any trailer purchase. If you are financing, ask a sales representative what requirements are needed for the company you are financing through.

Q: Do You Charge Sales Tax?

A- Mississippi State Sales tax will be added to all parts sales and any trailer purchase in which the trailer is registered to an address in the state of Mississippi. All Out of State trailer sales will not have the sales tax paid. The purchaser will pay the sales tax when the trailer is registered in their home state.

A- All cash and check purchases will not be charged the 3% processing fee. Any additional discounts will have to be on a case-by-case basis and have the manager's approval.

Q: If I Am an Out of State Purchaser and Purchase a Trailer, What Is the Process?

A- Any out-of-state trailer purchasers will receive a COPY of the Bill of Sale and Certificate of Origin at the time of purchase. Once the funds are cleared through our bank, we will send the original documents to the address on file. The original documents are the items you will take to register your trailer in your home state.

Q: What Types of Payment Do You Accept?

A- We accept cash, checks, and all cards. Any purchase made with a card (debit or credit) will incur a 3% processing fee automatically added by the card reader. Any returned checks will be assessed appropriate fees.
